IPED's unique program is designed for the traveler who wants to immerse herself/himself in the language, people, culture and enchanting land of Costa Rica. There is no better way to learn Spanish than to actively live with the language.

IPED was founded in 1984 with the objective of offering motivational language instruction in a creative and friendly environment. Our goal is to make your stay in Costa Rica one of the most rewarding experiences you will have in your life.

• Regular program (20 hours a week).
• Survival Spanish (idioms, and basic survival skills (such as greetings, money transactions, telephone conversations, ordering in restaurants, obtaining hotel accommodations, shopping, and asking for directions etc.).
• Advanced conversational Spanish.
• Medical Spanish.
• Spanish for kids.
• Specialized instruction in business,scientific and other types of communication is available.
• Private lessons are available with flexible hours.

Rates are for Spanish language instruction (4 hours daily, Monday thru Friday)
